1. Who we are

GenImagePro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Initiuma, Co. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the GenImagePro website, web app, and iOS and Android apps (together, the “Services”). Questions? Email support@genimagepro.com.

2. Information we collect

Account. Your email address and a user ID when you sign up, including when you sign in with Google or Apple.
Photos and content you provide. Photos you upload or take with the camera, prompts and instructions you write, brand kits, and the options you choose.
Generated content. The images and videos the Services create for you, and what each was made with.
Purchases. Your plan, credits, and purchase history. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe on the web, Apple or Google in the apps); we never see or store your full card details.
Usage and technical data. Which features you use, error reports, device and browser type, IP address, and request logs, used for security, reliability, and improving the Services.
Support. Messages you send us.

The apps access your camera and photo library only when you choose to add a photo or save a result. The mobile apps do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3. How we use information

To create the images and videos you request and show them in your library;
To run your account, credits, and subscriptions;
To send service messages, such as when a generation is ready or a payment fails;
To answer support requests and prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse;
To understand how the Services are used and make them better.

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising measurement. On our website we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, the Google Ads tag, and the Reddit Pixel to measure and improve our ads. When you visit the site, sign up, start a checkout, or make a purchase, we share that event with Meta, Google, and Reddit together with cookie identifiers, your IP address, browser information, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address and user ID, so they can tell which ads led to it. They process this under their own privacy policies and may use it to show ads. We never share your uploaded photos or generated images with advertising partners. You can limit this through your ad settings on Meta, Google, and Reddit, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

4. AI processing

GenImagePro uses third-party AI models to create your images and videos. When you generate, the photos you provide and your prompts are sent to our AI partners:

Google (Gemini) — image generation and editing;
fal.ai — image and video generation.

We send only what is needed to create your result. These partners process the data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. In the mobile apps we ask for your permission before anything is sent to them for the first time, and you can withdraw it at any time under Account → AI processing (generation then stays off until you allow it again).

5. Service providers

Besides our AI partners, we share data only with providers that help us run the Services:

Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage of uploads and results;
Supabase and Google Firebase — sign-in and accounts;
Stripe, Apple, and Google — payments and subscriptions;
PostHog and Google Analytics — product and website analytics;
Meta, Google Ads, and Reddit — advertising measurement on our website (see section 3);
Sentry — error reports;
Resend — email delivery.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your account, uploads, and generated content while your account is active, so your library stays available. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, your generations, and their images from our active systems. Limited copies may remain in logs or backups for a short period, and we keep purchase records where the law requires it.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@genimagepro.com. You can also turn off notifications and AI processing in the app at any time.

8. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us so we can delete it.

9. International transfers

Our servers and providers may be located outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect your data in line with this policy wherever it is processed.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date, and tell you in the product when changes are material.
