GenImagePro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and related services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our site or join our waitlist.

2. Information we collect

Waitlist email. If you submit our waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide.
Page context. We may record which page you were on when you signed up (for example, the URL path), to understand interest by landing page.
Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting and infrastructure may automatically log information such as IP address, browser type, date/time of requests, and referring URLs. We use this for security, reliability, and basic analytics of traffic patterns.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (such as health information or government IDs) through this marketing site. Please do not upload such materials here.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

Operate the waitlist and notify you about GenImagePro when appropriate;
Respond to inquiries and protect the security and integrity of our services;
Improve our website and understand which pages drive signups.

4. How waitlist signups are processed

Depending on how this site is configured, your signup may be processed through Supabase (for example a secure Edge Function that records your email), an email API (for example Resend), or a webhook you control. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies if you want detail on subprocessors.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the site and waitlist (such as hosting, email delivery, or form handling), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.

6. Retention

We keep waitlist and log information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where feasible.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the same business contact channel you use for GenImagePro (for example the email published on your production marketing site or in product communications).

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International visitors

If you access the site from outside the country where our servers or providers operate, your information may be transferred across borders. We take reasonable steps to protect data in line with this policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the waitlist or product channels where appropriate.
